SNMP Management, RMON Monitoring – Flexible network management and monitoring options translate into increased efficiency and performance during network administration.  Whether managing from an 'in-band' SNMP management station, across a LAN via an Internet web browser, or 'out-of-band' on the RS-232 Console port, the CMX-2400G facilitates network monitoring and control.

Scalability - The CMX-2400G can be loaded with 8-port modules providing a mix of 8, 16, or 24 Fiber and UTP connections.  Linked together with high-speed cables, up to four CMX-2400G switches may be stacked as a unified single element to achieve 96-ports.  With such scalability, the CMX-2400G can serve the current network and future expansion needs of any sized organization.

Port Flexibility - Occupying a slim 1U height, a CMX-2400G accommodates twenty-four Ethernet/Fast Ethernet ports.  Plus, up to two modular GBIC ports can be configured to support 1000BASE-T or 1000BASE-SX / LX running in full-duplex mode.
